These works comprise of a full internal and external refurbishment of an existing commercial unit in order to provide a 40,000 sq. ft space. J Squared are providing Contractor’s Quantity Surveying duties ranging from full tender and procurement services to secure project, sub-contractor procurement and payments, post contract cost control including valuations, assessing sub-contractor claims and financial reporting to constantly assess contractor budgets.
