J Squared provided Quantity Surveying duties on this £4.5 million development to provide Sheffield’s newest events and entertainment venue.
The steel frame building consisted of masonry, cladding and glazed curtain walling, catering facilities and including kitchens and bars. The main hall has a capacity of 500 people with hospitality boxes which overlook the adjacent dog track.
