Instructed by the Diocese of Hallam, J Squared provided pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services including the contract administrator duties throughout the construction period including all final account negotiations following completion. The works involved the internal alterations & refurbishment to the existing church building along with a new build two storey side extension and associated external works to provide a new evangelical facility of the Diocese of Hallam and the Parish of St Vincent’s Church.
